Booking and Reservations:
– The “Whale of a Time” package is subject to availability and is valid for bookings during whale migration season (May – November).

– Bookings can be made through our website. To redeem this offer, mention code word ‘WHALE’ at the time of booking.

– A valid credit card is required to secure the booking.

Package Inclusions:
– The package includes a complimentary whale watching experience for two, a three-course lunch for two at Ponte Bar and Dining, and a late check-out until 3pm.

– The specific whale watching experience and lunch reservation details will be provided upon confirmation of the booking.

– Lunch and Whale watching reservations are to be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

Rates and Payment:
– The rates for the “Whale of a Time” package are as advertised on our website or communicated through other promotional channels.

– Our payment terms are 50% at the time of booking and 50% 30 days prior to arrival.

– All prices are in the local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellation and Refunds:
– Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.

– Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%

– Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%

Modifications and Changes:
– Requests for modifications to the package or changes to the reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

– Any modifications or changes should be requested in advance and confirmed by our reservations team.

Guest Responsibilities:
– Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.

– Any special requests, dietary restrictions, or allergies should be communicated to our reservations team at the time of booking.

– While our suppliers and partners take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, guests participate in the whale watching experience and other activities at their own risk.
