What started as a hobby has blossomed into an exciting business venture that is aimed at delivering a premium experience for property owners who rent their holiday rentals on Airbnb or other platforms. Our expertise comes from careers in high end luxury, hospitality and design with a determined focus to raise the bar in property management. Our goal is to deliver an unsurpassed level of service and care to guests and NSW South Coast holiday rental property owners.

We specialise on delivering a personalised service and maximum return on investment for property owners who have holiday rentals located on the NSW South Coast.

Not content with simply renting a property, we also work closely with local artisans and suppliers to provide unique guest experiences that include small batch, handcrafted goods from places like Flavours Shoalhaven, The Berry Tea Shop, Appelles Apothecary & Lab and Willowvale Road.

About Us | Rob and Bede

Supercalla has two founders. First of all, there is Bede, a doyen of local and international luxury hospitality brands along with business and life partner Rob Glenn who is the creative and design lead having been commissioned by the world’s top fashion brands. Over the years they have gathered experience, contacts, friends and the most essential thing – lived experience.

Bede

Bede worked for The Lo & Behold Group in Singapore leading the charge as GM of their newest and most exciting concept called Straits Clan. A modern day members club that pays tribute to the original clan associations of a bygone era, borne out of a desire to do more and do better. This was a space where conversations begin and friendships are made.

Bede has almost a decade of experience working for Solotel, Australia’s most diverse hospitality group based on the Australian passion for experience and culture. Starting as a bartender, he worked his way through the business quickly including positions as a manager at Opera Bar, General Manager at the Clock Hotel then The Golden Sheaf to become group operations manager overseeing luxury restaurant brands such as Aria Sydney and Brisbane, Chiswick Woollahra along with the Art Gallery of NSW, North Bondi Fish and Aria Events at the Sydney Opera House.

Bede has since combined all this experience into one significant achievement, leading the team at one of  Australia’s most iconic and awarded luxury lodges, Spicers Sangoma Retreat in the Blue Mountains. During his time as General manager Bede received awards for excellence from Trip Advisor, Hotels Combined and Spicers Retreats for the most amazing guest service and highest profit margin in the group.

Rob

A Head Of Visual Merchandising professional with over 15  years experience within the retail and fashion industry working across all levels of visual merchandising, design and project management. His knowledge and hands on experience include window campaigns; design and installation, in-store visuals and styling, strategic merchandising plans and the design and planning of new stores. Rob has an incredible eye for detail and conceptualising interiors and experience project managing store builds from concepting ideas to onsite builds and rebranding.

Rob started out in hospitality studying hospitality management and working with iconic brands such as the Renaissance and Marriott Hotels. He then moved on to work for General Pants group as the head of visual merchandising responsible for 55 stores nationwide. Rob has designed and launched stores in LA, NYC and NZ and collaborated with fashion brands such as Ksubi, Lee, Wrangler, Converse, Levi’s, Neuw and Rolla’s.
