At the helm are Bede Hunt and Rob Glenn — a hospitality lifer and a creative visionary — who’ve poured decades of experience into reimagining what holiday property management could be. The result? Our Story
Supercalla began as a personal project — Bede and Rob managing their own beach house after a disappointing run with a traditional agency. What started as a side hustle quickly grew into something much more meaningful.
Bede spent nearly a decade in senior leadership with Australia’s Solotel Group, overseeing venues like Aria Sydney and Chiswick Woollahra, before leading award-winning luxury lodge Spicers Sangoma Retreat and holding the reins to a private members club in Singapore.. His hallmark? Elevated guest experiences, delivered with warmth and precision.
Rob brings 15+ years of design and visual merchandising for brands like Levi’s, Converse, Wrangler, and General Pants, having launched stores in NYC, LA, and New Zealand. With an exceptional eye for detail and a love for spaces that spark joy, he transforms homes into visual stories.
Together, they’ve created a new benchmark for short-term rental management — one that’s heartfelt, high-performing, and always hands-on.
