At the helm are Bede Hunt and Rob Glenn – a hospitality lifer and a creative visionary – who’ve poured decades of experience into reimagining what holiday property management could be.

Our Story

Supercalla began as a personal project – Bede and Rob managing their own beach house after a disappointing experience with a traditional agency. What started as a side hustle soon became something more meaningful: a mission to reimagine what short-term stays could feel like.

Bede brings nearly a decade of leadership with Australia’s Solotel Group, where he oversaw iconic venues like Aria Sydney and Chiswick Woollahra. He went on to lead the award-winning luxury lodge Spicers Sangoma Retreat and a private members’ club in Singapore. His hallmark? Guest experiences that feel elevated yet effortless – always delivered with care, warmth, and precision.

Rob brings 15+ years of design and visual merchandising for brands like Levi’s, Converse, Wrangler, and General Pants, having launched stores in NYC, LA, and New Zealand. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep love of design, he transforms properties into immersive spaces that tell a story.

Together, they’ve created Supercalla – a new standard in luxury holiday rentals –  one that’s heartfelt, high-performing, and always hands-on.

We do this because it matters to us. We’re renovators, stylists, and deeply invested hosts who believe in the magic of a thoughtfully prepared space. With roots in Jervis Bay, the Southern Highlands, and Inverell, we blend a local’s intuition with a professional’s polish to craft luxury holiday rentals that feel genuinely special.
