How does the booking confirmation process work?
A $1,000 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final details, including guest numbers and menu selections, need to be confirmed two weeks before your event.
Can you cater to dietary requirements?
The team strives to accommodate all guests; however, due to the small nature of the business and its operations, it may not be possible to cater to every dietary requirement. Guests are encouraged to provide advance notice to explore possible accommodations
What do we need to have ready for your arrival?
The team require access to your venue two hours prior to the event for setup. Please ensure tables and chairs are in place, and we’ll handle the rest.
What if my venue doesn’t have furnishings or I need help with setup?
The team can customise a package that includes sourcing and hiring furnishings, as well as managing setup and pack-down. This service is tailored to the specific needs of each event and is quoted upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made up to four weeks prior to the event. Cancellations after this point may incur a fee.
Is there a bond for damages or breakages?
Yes, a small bond is required to cover any potential damages or breakages. This is fully refundable after the event if all items are returned in perfect condition.
