We spend the time to learn the DNA of each property in order to deliver a solution that is uniquely yours.
If we haven’t already, We will visit the site to touch and feel the energy of the home, to learn about its uniqueness and what makes it special. At this stage, we identify strengths and weaknesses and start to map out a plan to achieve success.
Then when we are almost ready to go – We roll out our secret weapon. Our mystery shopper service. This could be an industry professional or one of the many friendly media/journos hailing from the likes of SMH and the Gourmet Traveller who know what to expect from a luxury travel experience. This is a great opportunity to really nail your brand and the stay.
We shoot for 24hrs to capture the essence of your home, create marketing content and to truly help our team sell the dream to potential guests.
We list on our private platform plus the key online travel agents and marketplaces such as Airbnb.
We will commence our social media campaign (which you have the option to ‘boost’).
Each season we will refresh our content and your home to ensure it is always looking its best and is top of mind in the market. This would involve an audit of the home, socials and feedback from guests. We then loop back this information along with new hospitality trends to ensure we are ahead of the travel curve.
