So what can you expect when you work with us?

1. Meet and greet.

We meet for a cuppa (or glass of rose) to talk about you. Your WHY, your personal story and start to understand what makes your holiday property unique. We will conduct a short  Q&A to uncover the gems of knowledge; the sunlight that flows into the lounge in the afternoon, the bats leaving their homes at dusk, the views from the back balcony or how you love the privacy of the back garden and the many nights toasting marshmallows over your fire pit!

We spend the time to learn the DNA of each property in order to deliver a solution that is uniquely yours.

2. Site visit.

If we haven’t already, We will visit the site to touch and feel the energy of the home, to learn about its uniqueness and what makes it special. At this stage, we identify strengths and weaknesses and start to map out a plan to achieve success.

3. Photography.

We shoot for 24hrs to capture the essence of your home, create marketing content and to truly help our team sell the dream to potential guests.

4. Listing optimization.

We collaborate with professional copywriters and storytellers to showcase your property on our private platform as well as on leading online travel agents and marketplaces, including Airbnb and Stayz. By leveraging our extensive collection of exceptional reviews and ratings, we position your property for immediate success and maximum exposure

5. Socials.

We manage social media differently, leveraging our extensive library of imagery, videography, and live content to create original posts that reach a wide audience. By engaging with our followers in real-time, we build a strong sense of community and drive occupancy and market position, elevating your properties online presence

6. Always on.

We refresh our content and homes each season by auditing the property, social media channels, and guest feedback. By staying ahead of the latest hospitality trends, we continuously enhance the guest experience and ensure our properties remain top of mind in the market
