We visited Mayfield as a family with our adult children and grandchildren, it was a wonderful farm stay. The farmhouse had large bedrooms and the perfect number for our family of 10. The yard is fenced and very safe for children to run around, in summer the pool, garden and wide verandahs would be such a nice place to hang out. The appliances all modern, well equipped with modern appliances and for us in winter the fire places just perfect. Thank you Mayfield.

Mayfield farm was the perfectly quiet space to recoup and unwind. We enjoyed morning cups of tea on the beautiful deck watching the serene nature and horses in the paddock. The pool was gorgeous and delightfully heated so was perfect even on a cooler day. The house was styled and decorated to perfection. There was a stunning full equipped kitchen with everything and anything you could think of. The humidity was a little full on some days so the multiple fans around the house were a welcome relief. Overall a really incredible stay and we would highly recommend for anyone wanting a very private, relaxing and luxurious house to unwind. 10/10 👏🏼

There’s something magical about Mayfield. Everything about our stay was perfect. The property is stunning and has a calming feeling to it. Positioned on a hill with expansive views in every direction. You can stay out and relax, or explore the wonders within a short drive. The decor is en point with every room a treat and each bed comfortable with quality linen. Relaxing in a giant tub with a view of the horses was definitely a highlight. The kitchen is a joy to cook in and is stocked with everything you need and more. Our hosts Rob and Beds were incredible - eager to assist and quick to respond to any questions. We’ll definitely be back to this enchanting property. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for 4 couples, beautiful sunsets from the deck or by the firepit. House is roomy, 2 cosy fireplaces, plenty of wood supplied. Well stocked kitchen for cooking up a storm. Lots of added extras in the pantry as well, spices, sauces, oils etc. Comfy beds, lovely linens. We really enjoyed our 3 nights at Mayfield.
