Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  • The competition is open to Australian residents aged 25 years or older.
  • Employees of Supercalla Private Properties, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  • The giveaway begins on Monday 17th March 2025, and ends on 27th March 2025. All entries must be submitted by 11.59 pm AEDT on 27 March 2025 to be considered.
  • Personal data collected during the course of this competition will be used for administering the competition and participants will be included in Supercalla Private Properties and Good Day People email marekting databases. They may opt out / unsubscribe from this at any time. Participants that opt out prior to the competition being drawn will be removed from the competition.
  • Prize includes: 2-night stay at The Casa, Kangaroo Valley – For up to 10 adults plus children  subject to approval (valued at $7,000), A Catered Garden Party Lunch (Valued at $500), Pizza kits for the pizza oven (Valued at $150), 5 x Good Day People Hampers (Valued at $500).
  • Prize must be redeemed by 30th September 2025. Availability is subject to booking schedules, and we will do our best to accommodate a suitable date for the winner.
  • Travel to and from The Casa, Kangaroo Valley is not included in the prize. The winner is responsible for their own transport arrangements.
  • Any additional food, beverages, or services outside the stated prize inclusions are at the winner’s own expense.
  • The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries submitted via the online form using an online random selection tool. Before confirming the winner, we will verify that they have completed all required entry steps. If they have not, the selection process will be repeated until a valid winner is found.
  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM and email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If they do not respond within the timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
  • By entering, participants agree to have their name and/or social media handle announced as the winner on our social platforms.
